Since our inception in 2006, we have hosted a number of high profile individuals who have willingly given their time and spoken to our membership about their life experiences. We look forward to hosting many more individuals who are prominent in the Irish and Irish American community her in the New York area and in the United States.

Our most recent speakers were Mr John Bruton, former Irish Taoiseach and current Ambassador for the European Union to Washington and Mr Peter Sutherland, Chairman of BP and former E.U. Commisioner.


events 2009

Along with our Speaker Series, we host monthly Networking Events on the Third Thursday of each month. This event is designed to be an informal gathering of members and potential members where one can network with people who are there to meet each other.

Currently we hold this event in Fitzpatrick’s Hotel on Lexington Ave and as it grows in popularity we expect to consider other venue options.

Other Social Events we host are our Christmas, Summer and St Patrick’s parties. These events normally draw a large attendance of members and non-members, again a great opportunity to get out and meet new people.

We organize ad-hoc events normally at very short notice, typically we might get a block of tickets for a Broadway Show or are invited as a group to attend a function where some Politicians or other Dignitaries are speaking.
